Upon award of the prize winnner will attend their pre-booked tunnelcamp or schedule with tunnelcamp.com for a new camp.

Prize does not include: airfare; spending money; transportation to and from the airport, hotel or entertainment; meals; gratuities or service charges. Winner is responsible for all federal, state and local income taxes on prize, and any expenses related to the acceptance or use of the prize not specifically described as part of the Prize in these rules.

Prize is not transferable. No prize substitution or cash equivalent of prizes permitted, except at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Camp entry is subject to availability.

By participating, you agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the TunnelCamp.com judges, whose decisions are final and binding in all respects. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for TunnelCamp.com and participating Partner Sites to use Winner's name and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without compensation, unless otherwise prohibited by law. Void where prohibited by law, rule or regulation. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. All information collected will be treated in a manner consistent with TunnelCamp.com's privacy policy.

In the event any portion of this promotion is compromised by a computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of TunnelCamp.com which, in the sole opinion of TunnelCamp.com corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Promotion, TunnelCamp.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Promotion and award the prize to a winner randomly selected from among entries received prior to the compromise.

TunnelCamp.com and Partner Sites are not responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable network server or other connections, miscommunications, failed telephone or computer or telephone transmissions or technical failure, jumbled, scrambled or misdirected transmissions, traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, nor other error of any kind whether human, mechanical or electronic, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participating in this Promotion or downloading any materials in this Sweepstakes.

Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of this promotion, as solely determined by TunnelCamp.com, will be disqualified. If disqualified for any of the above abuses, TunnelCamp.com reserves the right to terminate player's eligibility to participate in the Promotion. TunnelCamp.com is not responsible for any problem with a Promotion entry generated by computer hardware or software malfunction, error or failure. TunnelCamp.com's sole responsibility for any irregular Promotion entry is replacement with another entry. In the event of a dispute as to any entry, the authorized subscriber of the email account used to enter the Promotion will be deemed to be the entrant.

Potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. (The authorized account holder is the natural person assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address.) Entries will not be acknowledged.
